Thank you for choosing us as the location of your vacation! The aim of the following house rules is to ensure that everyone can spend their time here in a calm, safe and undisturbed environment. Please follow the following rules – this will help your own comfort and that of other guests.
Arrival and departure
Check-in: from 14:00 to 18:00
If you arrive later, please let us know at one of our contact details.
Check-out: until 10:00. In case of late departure requests, please let our reception colleagues know in advance – we will try to be flexible if possible.
Apartment use
Only registered guests can stay in the apartment, they can only receive guests on the terrace of the apartment.
The entire area of the apartment house is non-smoking. If you do smoke, please only use the designated area.
Please use the equipment of the apartments as intended, if you experience any malfunctions or deficiencies, please report it immediately.
Please do not take furniture, bed linen or utensils out of the apartment.
The apartments are thoroughly cleaned before the arrival of each guest. In case of a longer stay, we provide cleaning 1 time a week, and more often can be requested on request for an additional fee. Cleaning fee is 3000 HUF, bed linen change fee is 2000 HUF/person.
Upon departure, we ask you to return the kitchen of the apartment clean and tidy, if the dishes were not washed, we will charge a fee, the cost of the daughter-in-law: 3000 HUF.
There is a smoke and fire alarm system in the buildings, and in case of an alarm, leave the building immediately.
Please never leave your valuables unattended! The rooms of the apartments are equipped with a safe. The operator of the accommodation does not take responsibility for valuables that have disappeared from the common areas or left unattended.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets in the apartments, due to other guests.
Each apartment has 1-1 parking space. If you arrive with several cars, we will be happy to help you find a free parking space in the surrounding streets.
Garden taps are not suitable for drinking.
Children and safety
The safety of children is of paramount importance to us, but it is primarily the responsibility of parents and companions.
The playground and swimming pool can only be used under adult supervision. Please note that some parts of the pool are deep water – please pay special attention to younger children!
If you have logged in to the smart TV with your own user account, please remember to log out before leaving.
Pool rules
The pool can only be used at your own risk.
All guests are kindly requested to take a shower before using the pool to maintain hygiene.
The pool is open between 08:00 and 20:00. After that, cleaning will take place, during which the use of the pool is prohibited.
It is forbidden to jump into the pool or consume food or bottled drinks near the pool.
The use of glass glasses is strictly prohibited around the pool, especially in the paved area.
Please only use the pool in a suitable swimsuit.
Persons under the influence of alcohol are not allowed to use the pool.
Using a garden barbecue
A shared barbecue area is available to all guests, but reservations at reception are required.
The barbecue cannot be booked for days or long periods of time, and cannot be appropriated – we ask that our guests use it with each other in mind.
During use, please keep the area tidy and ensure cleanliness after baking.
Quiet rest
Please respect the peace of mind of other guests: there is a quiet rest from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM and from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM.
Loud listening, conversation, partying is not allowed. Please take into account the rest of the people living in your surroundings.
Electric Car Charger
A designated charging point is available for charging your electric vehicle, which can be used for a fee. To use the charging, please consult with our colleagues.
The charging fee is 185 HUF/KW
Please take care of our environment
Please place the garbage in the bins belonging to the apartment.
The garden and common areas can be used by all guests, please protect the plants, tools and equipment.
Damages, liability
The guest is financially responsible for any intentional or negligent damage caused in the apartment .
Please hand in your access cards upon departure! Fee for replacing a lost card: HUF 1000.
If the kitchen utensils and equipment are left dirty after leaving, we will charge an extra fee of HUF 3000 for cleaning.
Designated smoking areas:
We kindly ask you not to smoke in the entire area of the hotel. According to the Act on the Protection of Non-Smokers, smoking is prohibited in the closed areas of the hotel. Smoking is allowed outdoors in the designated areas. Failure to comply with the law will result in the imposition of a fine, the payment of which will be borne by the guest.
Smoking is possible in the pergola covered area opposite the main entrance.
